Welcome to PIH & CHIH. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. PIH & CHIH is a US-based sole proprietorship ("we," "us," "our") and is the seller of record for orders placed here.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we decline after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Made to order

Our products are printed on demandfor each order. Because production starts quickly, changes or cancellations aren't guaranteed once an order is placed — email pihandchih@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to change something. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include free shipping. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never handle your card details. Any customs or import fees on international orders are your responsibility (see the Shipping Policy).

Shipping & delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and include production plus transit. Details are in our Shipping Policy.

Intellectual property

All PIH & CHIH designs, artwork, names, and content are ours (or used with permission) and are protected by law. You may not reproduce or resell them without written permission.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site to break the law, infringe rights, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
