Privacy Policy

PIH & CHIH ("we," "us," "our") is a US-based sole proprietorship running an online store. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices. It covers this website and orders placed through it.

What we collect

• Order info: your name, shipping address, and email — so we can make and deliver your order and send receipts.
• Email signups: if you join our list, your email address (and where you signed up).
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe processes it directly.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run the store. We don't sell your data. We share only what's needed:

• Stripe — processes payments securely.
• Printful— our print & fulfillment partner; receives your name and shipping address to produce and ship your order.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Supabase — our database, where order records and email signups are stored.

How we use it

To process and fulfill your orders, send order and shipping updates, respond to support requests, and — if you opted in — send occasional emails about new drops. That's it.

We don't sell or share your info

We do not sell your personal information, and we do notshare it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't currently run advertising pixels or third-party trackers. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.

Your choices & rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime using the link in any email. You can also ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you — including California (CCPA/CPRA) and UK/EU (GDPR) residents — by emailing pihandchih@gmail.com. We'll respond in a reasonable time.

Data security & retention

The site runs over HTTPS, and payment data is handled by Stripe under their security standards. We keep order records as long as needed for the order, support, and legal/accounting purposes, and email signups until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
