Refund & Return Policy

Every PIH & CHIH shirt is printed on demand — produced specifically for your order, not pulled from stock. Because each item is made just for you, please read this before you buy.

We'll always make it right if it arrives wrong

If your order shows up defective, damaged, or misprinted (wrong design, wrong item, or wrong size versus what you actually ordered), we'll replace it or refund it — your choice. Just:

  • Email pihandchih@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, the email you used at checkout, and clear photos of the issue.

You don't need to ship the item back for these claims — a photo is all we need. Sooner is better, since we file the fix with our printer on your behalf.

What we can't take back

Because items are made to order and can't be restocked or resold, we can't offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size (please check the size guide first).
  • Changing your mind or not loving it in person.
  • Picking the wrong color or style by mistake.

Wrong or unclaimed addresses

Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect/incomplete address, or packages left unclaimed, aren't covered — reshipping those requires you to cover the reship cost. Please make sure your address is right at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for the short window to correct an address before production starts.

Lost in transit

If a package is genuinely lost on the way to you, email us within 30 daysof the estimated delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. We don't control carrier speed once an order ships, and international orders can take longer or pass through customs.

How refunds work

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Banks typically take about 5–10 business days to post a refund. Shipping is free and baked into the price, so refunds are for the item price.

International orders

For customers in the UK and EU: because our items are custom-made to order, they're exempt from the standard 14-day right-of-withdrawal / cooling-off period, so the no-remorse rule above applies. Your protection for defective, damaged, or misprinted items applies everywhere we ship.
