Shipping Policy

Every PIH & CHIH shirt is printed on demand — made just for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That means your total wait has two parts: production (we make it) plus shipping (it travels to you).

Production time

Orders are produced by our print partner, Printful, and typically take about 2–5 business days to make before they ship. This is separate from delivery time.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, delivery depends on your destination. As a rough guide after production:

• United States: usually ~3–7 business days.
• Canada, UK & Europe: usually ~5–10 business days (we print regionally where we can, which keeps this faster than you'd expect).
• Australia, New Zealand, Japan & Mexico: usually ~10–20 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers and customs can add time, especially during holidays. You'll get tracking once your order ships.

Free shipping, worldwide

Shipping is free everywhere we ship— it's already baked into the price, so there's no separate shipping charge at checkout. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Japan, and Mexico.

Customs & import fees

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibilityand aren't included in our prices. Most orders won't see these, but it varies by country.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's the one we send to the printer. Because production starts fast, email us at pihandchih@gmail.com right away if you need to fix it. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require a paid reship. More detail is in our Refund Policy.

Lost or delayed packages
